Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Applications

The City of Clarksville Neighborhood and Community Services (CNCS) will be accepting grant applications for its FY 2023-2024 CDBG funds. 

Applications will open on December 5, 2022 at 8:00 A.M.  All applications are due on January 10th at 2:00 P.M.   Proposals received after this time will not be recommended for funding consideration.

CDBG funds must be used to meet one of the following national objectives: benefit low-and moderate-income people, aid in the prevention or elimination of slum or blight, or meet an urgent need.
